Madrid International Contemporary Art Fair

Frome 9 to 13 September will run Madrid International Contemporary Art Fair in at the Parque Ferial Juan Carlos 1 (IFEMA). It features modern and contemporary art from all around the globe. Various galleries cover the historical, avant-garde, modern, contemporary and experimental sectors of art, ranging from painting, sculpture, installation and photography to video, graphics and new media. The Proyectos Salas house institutional and corporate collections, and specialised press and alternative art magazines are also on hand with books, magazines, CD-Rom and online editions. The invited guest with various galleries taking part. In addition, a series of conferences and panel discussions are scheduled, in which artists, curators, art critics, collectors and museum directors discuss the country's current art scene.
